Samson Moses, a visionary entrepreneur, embarked on his culinary journey in 1993 in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India, where he founded Diet Restaurant – the region’s first Indo-Chinese concept eatery. His innovative fusion cuisine quickly gained popularity, leading to a successful acquisition of the business, a testament to his early business acumen.
After a successful career pivot into the automobile and technology sales industries, Samson immigrated to the United States in 2014. Drawing on his diverse experiences, from running a thriving restaurant to excelling in sales, Samson launched Manam Ventures LLC. Under his leadership, the company stands at the intersection of food, technology, and lifestyle, driven by a goal to build ventures that reflect his cultural passions and deliver measurable business impact.
